Cons (-) Food poisoning at one of their best restaurants and I needed to stay another night after spend 8 nights their and they put me in the worst room. After spend 2k there.

Pros (+) Either on the website or on Kayak.com it stated that the hotel shuttle to the airport would be $13 nzd per person. When we got there they told us that they don't offer this service. We only had exactly $26 nzd left. This was our last day so there was no need to have New Zealand currency. I shared this with the hotel staff and to our pleasant surprise, she ordered us a cab to the airport that was $...
Cons (-) The bathroom is a bit cramped. I actually hit my tooth on the towel bar as I was trying to sit on the toilet. Luckily I didn't chip my tooth but it did hurt.
