Pros (+) I want to thank Mrs. Naouval at the front desk. amazing service, and also Fatima Zorara at the restaurant for her great service. the hotel needs a good up-grade, you can tell that the years have passed by, but overall it is an excellent hotel and the staff takes real good care of their guest.
Cons (-) the hotel need a nice renovation.

Pros (+) The staff is amazingly friendly - the Hotel is in a perfect location with a lovely garden The restaurants are excellent.
Cons (-) There is no communication between the different entities in Hotel. So things go wrong (like with us - we had to change rooms twice in a three night visit AND EVEN then we did not get what we asked for but we just gave up, It was either that or letting it ruin our vacation. We got a room with no shower - then we got one with a shower but with a flooded toiletfloor which could have killed as I slipp...
