Pros (+) I want to thank Mrs. Naouval at the front desk. amazing service, and also Fatima Zorara at the restaurant for her great service. the hotel needs a good up-grade, you can tell that the years have passed by, but overall it is an excellent hotel and the staff takes real good care of their guest.
Cons (-) the hotel need a nice renovation.

Pros (+) The staff is amazingly friendly - the Hotel is in a perfect location with a lovely garden The restaurants are excellent.
Cons (-) There is no communication between the different entities in Hotel. So things go wrong (like with us - we had to change rooms twice in a three night visit AND EVEN then we did not get what we asked for but we just gave up, It was either that or letting it ruin our vacation.
