Liked friendly staff. Did not like that pool was not clean or usable my whole stay. Did not like that the mattress was very uncomfortable. We also did not have running water in the room one entire evening.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near shops and downtown. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unhelpful or rude staff, problems with reservations, and lack of response to concerns. Cleanliness was a major concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Some guests found the beds to be reasonably comfortable, though others mentioned discomfort. Overall, while the location was a positive aspect, significant improvements are needed in service and cleanliness.AI-Generated from customer reviews
