I made the reservations on line tor a midsize SUV. I paid a higher rate for the midsize. When I called the enterprise office they told me that I had a small one. I paid several hundred $s more for a SUV that was still a small vehicle. I made 7 phones calls in order to verify that the vehicle would be at the airport. It seems to be a very complicated and expensive system. I was not happy. The SUV was full of gas, the inside was clean, the outside was dirty. The vehicle got good gas mileage and handled well.

The inside windshield should have been cleaned. Otherwise great value, great quality & great service.

Drop off & pick up were very easy. Staff was friendly. Was able to find a small SUV to accommodate our party.Reservation was for a large 4 door sedan. We were assigned a 2 door car. I explained to the staff member we were a party of 5 and I reserved a 4 door car. He was quickly able to find us a small SUV. It was still tight but certainly better than the 2 door car.

The staff was friendly and helpful.We had paid for Sirrius radio but it was not available in our car. Enterprise was quick to credit us back the cost quickly upon having it reported to them.

The agent who rented us the vehicle was outstandingNothing really. Got a tire pressure warning on way back to airport, but had nothing to do with Enterprise

Pick up time was a little slow ... several callers who called AFTER I walked in office were handled while I waited instead of putting them on hold and taking care of me in proper order

Yes. Drop was easybilling was all messed up.. could not reach pickup location prior to straiten out so wasted an hour at pick up trying to fix! Rental was on 9 days but I was being billed for 2 weeks.

The pick-up staff was really friendly.I feel like we were set up to pay more for this rental from the start. I clearly marked we would only need it for one day, but by the time we got to the drop-off location, it was closed until the following Tuesday (2 extra days). I could not find any information on how to drop off the car to meet up deadline, and when I called Enterprise, they weren't open. Also, the pick up agent was trying to claim we caused hail damage, but I didn't drive through or have any hail during when I had the car. Thank god I didn't drop it off without someone there, because who knows what else they would've tried to pull on us. Now, I've been charged for 3 days & the damage to the car I didn't do. And I will likely never rent from this company again.
