Cons (-) We arrived at the hotel after driving for 12 hours. The pull out couch in our room didn’t have a mattress in it. I called the front desk and the guy said, and I quote, “oh yeah, it’s broken”. And then silence. I said well what are we supposed to? He said, we’re sold out. And that was it. Pros (+) Whenever we travel from Washington to California we always stay at this hotel as our midway point. This was our 6th time staying. Location is perfect and comfortable beds.
Cons (-) This last time our key card wouldn’t work out the exterior doors to get into the hotel. So every time I took our dog out to use the restroom I had to walk all the way around the building and come in through the front. It doesn’t sound like a lot but my husband is deployed so I was there alone with my 3 children so it was super annoying.

Pros (+) Redding has not always had great options for hotels. But this one was clean, comfortable and affordable. It was exactly what we needed. And its north end location made it perfect for us since we were needing to be in that neighborhood. Thank you.
