Cons:Air conditioner wasn’t keeping the room cool even on high. Bar across the street had music so loud I could make out the lyrics with the door closed.
Pros:Clean room friendly staff
Cons:First floor could hear every step upstairs like elephants
Pros:Room was clean and affordable. Tv worked and was enjoyable. Power strip under nightstand was a welcomed surprise.
Cons:Bed was not comfortable. Too worn in on both sides creating a crest in the middle. Lights above the bed are placed bad. Kept hitting my head on them. Needs to be moved. No free wifi. Sink needs a different head. Never did like the rain water heads, takes too long to wash hands, etc.
Pros:They run your ID to stay here. Why is a hotel doing a background check for someone to stay a night in the hotel. Won't be staying at a hotel 6 ever again.

Cons:This was a work trip that had been pre-paid as the employees traveling were not to pay for the motel. I had booked three rooms and paid for them through Kayak and when my team arrived at the motel we were not allowed to check in because one of the six people in the party did not have his I.D. After long discussions with the front desk and manager at the motel regarding their "policy" of not allowing anyone to stay in their motel who does not have an I.D. on their person we were forced to leave and make other motel arrangements in Redding. This was a great inconvenience to myself and my team and I will not be staying in any Motel 6 from here on out nor will I be using Kayak to reserve a room. We do a lot of traveling and this was the first time I have ever run into this problem. On the evaluation there was the following question: While traveling, you were a: solo traveler young couple mature couple family with young children family with older children group of friends None of these above answers applied to my situation. My group that was at the Motel was a "business group".
