Pros (+) The front desk staff was accommodating to us changing the date of our stay, even though the staff at Kayak told us it was not possible.
Cons (-) The upcharge for breakfast amd even coffee.

Pros (+) price was good but the location was rather isolated. definitely not in the city center, but enough within walking distance (food / grocery, a couple of shops) that it worked out. about 10min to town via the Straeto bus 5.

Pros (+) The location is very quiet, but within walking distance of a lot of places to eat and a beautiful park.
Cons (-) The staff was not very friendly. I was surprised to find that breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel, and was ridiculously expensive.
