Best facilities, awesome common spaces, kitchen, strong wifi. Very clean and well-appointed rooms. Staff is very kind and helpful and not arrogant even if the bar area attracts trendy clientele
Street noise required earplugs (but the location couldn't be better so it's understandable)

Staff was very helpful and pleasant with tours, directions, getting back to airport, and any other questions people had. Breakfast was sufficient for a hostel and this was good because eating out could get pricey in Reykavik.
