Terrible customer service, waiting for 1 hour 40 mins to get a room, with frequent ‘it should just be another 10-20 minutes’ updates that didn’t eventuate. Room was comfortable but the initial lack of support is enough not to stay there again.

Pros (+) Room was clean and check in was courteous and professional
Pros (+) Ideally located, clean, breakfast, friendly staff, and reasonably priced.
Pros (+) Great reception upon arriving. Quick check in. Great property, i.e., clean, conveniently located, clean room, great breakfast and just overall a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay and not wanting to spent more of their budget on a hotel stay than necessary. My choice on my next visit to Richmond.
