Great location and nice hotel
The rooms were comfortable, the location was great, the desk staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were very good with an excellent selection.
The first night there I was tired so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. The food looked and smelled fantastic and the I enjoyed watching the chef prepare the food. The wait staff was not very attentive and I had to wave her down after walking by me several times. I ordered and waited and waited and waited for my food. Two hours went by and there was no sign of my food nor did the waitress ever stop by again. I paid for my very expensive water and told them to cancel my order and expressed that it was ridiculous to wait two hours for food. After that I seriously contemplated moving hotels but decided to let it go. Honestly you need to employ more kitchen staff to improve service.
