Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the old town and city attractions. However, the majority of reviews were negative, with frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, lack of hot water, and disappointing breakfast options. Many guests found the service lacking and noted issues with the bathrooms, including unpleasant odors and maintenance problems. Overall, while the location is a highlight, the hotel fails to meet expectations in several key areas.
