Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the beach and city attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of much of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including infrequent room cleaning, mold, and poorly maintained bathrooms. The pool was frequently mentioned, but guests were often disappointed that access required an extra fee. Service experiences varied, with some guests praising staff while others reported rude or unhelpful interactions. Overall, the hotel offers a good base with a nice location, but improvements in cleanliness and clearer communication about extra charges are needed.
