Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and easy access to attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including reports of bedbugs, old towels, and dirty bathrooms. The breakfast is frequently described as limited, lacking variety, and sometimes unhygienic. Several guests also mention poor service, maintenance problems with air conditioning and elevators, and recurring bathroom issues such as leaks and unpleasant odors. While a few guests appreciated the spacious rooms and friendly staff, the overall sentiment is that improvements are needed, especially in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and maintenance.
