Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events and proximity to the Farmasi Arena, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms. Some reviews highlighted positive experiences with the staff and amenities like the pool and breakfast, though there were also several complaints about cleanliness, service inconsistencies, and value for price. While many found the hotel modern and well-equipped, others noted issues with maintenance, food quality, and occasional rude service. Overall, the positives centered on location, room comfort, and helpful staff, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service reliability.
