Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location of the hotel. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, including unpleasant odors and the need for deep cleaning in rooms and hallways. The breakfast offerings were frequently described as limited and unsatisfactory, with guests wishing for more variety and fresh options. Bed comfort was also a concern for some, with reports of uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Overall, while the service and location received positive feedback, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and bed comfort.AI-Generated from customer reviews
