Front desk was unable to provide extra pillows once the housekeeping staff had gone home. Also a 10 minute wait to check in when I got there.

Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviews highlighting outstanding service at the front desk. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offerings were frequently described as varied and satisfying. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple guests noting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Some guests also mentioned that the hotel and its amenities felt dated and in need of renovation.
