Pullman Paris Roissy-Cdg Airport

The staff were fabulous! The gentleman who checked us in, Mathieu was friendly, helpful and efficient. The hostess of the restaurant Alicia (from Strausbourg) was very sweet and got us seated right away and we didn't even have reservations. Our waitress Sarah served us our food and just when we were out of bread she slipped it onto our table--without us having to ask! Also since I speak French all the staff spoke French back to me and that feels so good. Of course my French has an English accent but it's wonderful to have them speak French to me. I don't like it when people just start speaking English to me just because they hear a little English accent.

My boyfriend didn't like the fact that the shower didn't have a complete closure but I explained to him that that is how French showers are and you might get a little water on the floor but no worries. To me this is not a problem but to him it kind of freaked him out. He rarely travels in Europe..LOL

Family suite was beautiful to behold and to inhabit. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, and warm modern French design. Wish I had stayed more than one night!

Excellent restaurant downstairs. Very helpful staff, accommodated our special needs. Watched urban beekeepers from the window. Excellent proximity to airport and SNCF trains without noise or crowds.

Staff in restaurant were a bit overly friendly with our kids, making us uncomfortable. Perhaps asking for a hug from children you just met seconds before is culturally ok there but it seemed a violation of privacy to us.
