A piece of heaven in Rome
Excellent service. Clean rooms. All toiletries and coffee well stocked. Polite and nice employees willingness to answer all your questions.
Bed was to hard for me. Hurt my back but I requested a mattress pad the day before checkout. I left my room all day and when I got back to the room the mattress pad was on the bed providing me a comfortable night sleep. Should have asked for it two days earlier.
Front desk staff not helpful
The concierge staff is very helpful.
We arrived at the hotel at noon, after almost 24 hours of travel. We were exhausted. The front desk staff reminded us that check-in was at 2 p.m., but proceeded to allow 11 other couples/families to register and go to their rooms before 2 p.m.. We sat in the lobby for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The front desk did not check with the cleaning staff until we had been sitting there for an hour and a half, and I went to the desk a second time. Not a great way to start a vacation.
Everything was great, from the room, to the staff, to the location.
I liked that the hotel offered us a better room after initially trying to put us in a not renovated room that would have made me leave it at once were it the only choice. I liked that the hotel immediately brought us better pillows after we asked for the hard foam ones in our room to be replaced. I liked the breakfast and the friendly staff
Friendly staff!!! Spacious room(too much for overnight stay), nice bathroom, good breakfast.
Price a little steep for one night.
Nothing only the location
the room was old and noisy its not a five star hotel i wont give it 3 stars
While the location is great, and the reception, bar and restaurant are beautifully decorated, the room itself looked a bit out of date and used. There were stains on ceilings. We also had a difficult time keeping a comfortable temperature (too hot) even though we were there in mid-November.
The setting and quality of staff, we enjoyed our stay and were upgraded although we did lose the balcony suite booked. Very convenient for our stay in Rome and we would book there again
An initial lack of coathangers, only 4 provided but more were provided on request. Also a problem with heating/AC
the service in the hotel was excellent.
rooms were dated
Staff was helpful and courteous. Excellent location
Room was dated and somewhat shabby.
Excellent Proximity to main attractions in Rome, friendly Hotel staff, Nice Street, nice rooms,
Excellent location. Well established hotel. Great value, Would definitely use again.
Friendly welcoming staff
Spacious room. always kept spotlessly clean. Knowledgeable and helpful Porters/doormen & bar staff. Very well located for sightseeing. Comfortable large bed and although our room looked out onto the main street, it was very quiet and we had no problem in sleeping
American coffee was extremely weak (I had to ask for an expresso to be added to itto make it drinkable) and breakfast croissants looked & tasted as if they had been around for a long long time. We did not try the hotels dining rooms.
Spacious room, bathroom, prime location, large bed, quiet. This hotel is a safe choice if you want to avoid paying the same for some room in a poor 4-star, which is frequent in Italy.
Room rather empty - no sitting area. Low-tech hotel - no wireless Internet, old-style keys, no ice in mini-bar... Small tv box. All extras pricy.
