The setup, structure is bad. It feels like a jail cell in the room. There is no complimentary breakfast it’s grab&go snacks, $115 for one night but took an extra $100 when I checked in which I must wait 2 weeks to be refunded. Never again
Bad hotel, Good Location
Cigarette burns on the comforter in a non smoking room, they ran out of coffee for morning breakfast, remote control had what appeared to be spilt soft drink on buttons, particle board cabinetry was old and worn, mattresses made a weird sound when sitting on them. Front desk service was not good, back door had a card key jammed in it to let anyone in
Emergency stat only.
Staff was friendly!
Room not clean. Dishes in the microwave with food and mold. Door falling off hinges. Hinges was missing screws. Window curtains did not cover window. A lot of light at night. A.C. went out in the middle of the night. When you put it on high it would still be on low. The toilet would go off every 3 - 5 min because of a leak.
A COMPLETE DUMP!!!! 0.0
Absolutely nothing. I want my money back!
Room was filthy and in complete poor condition. I found dusty beer bottles under the bed along with a newspaper with the date October 24, 2014. I stayed there March 14, 2015. The toilet leaked, the bulbs were burnt-out, previous occupant let meat bleed in the freezer and was never cleaned and a pile of cig ashes behind the nightstand. I left the next morning with 4 bug bites from the bed.
The Staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was palatable.
The room was ok for cleanliness. Some weeks prior, there had been a water leak in the ceiling, and it was sagging. Someone had made a half-assed attempt to push the wetted drywall back in place and had slathered plaster on the seam where it showed, but the plaster was a different color and hung like stalactites from the ceiling. The fire alarm went off at 04:30 and rang and blared (horn and bell) for over half an hour. Apparently, no staff were on premises so one female staffer had to drive in from her home to turn it off. There are a lot of people who actually live there and have gotten used to the alarm going off at odd hours, so no one left their rooms. There is a broken fan in the boiler room so the air heats up and sets off the alarm. It's an accident waiting to happen.
Friendly service, tired facility
Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful when they were there.
Unfortunately they weren't there at 4:45 in the morning when the fire alarm went off. It took a staff person half an hour to drive from his home to the hotel and shut it off. The combination of klaxon, bell and light was certainly effective. We did not go back to sleep for the half hour it was running. There was no fire. A fan had died in the boiler room and the air was hot, setting off the alarm. Apparently, it wasn't the first time. This extended stay hotel has become a residence for low income transients. The facility is worn. E.g. Water had leaked above my ceiling and it had begun to fall. Someone had pushed it back up and slapped plaster where the panel was sagging. The plaster looked like stalactites. I don't recommend it.
A train horn blows every hour all night long. Couldn't sleep.
Great Customer Service.
Pamela was an awesome customer service rep. She helped out and was very friendly.
Our hotel was full so we got there and didn't have a room but our wonderful customer service rep had us in a new hotel in no time. She made sure it was close seeing as we didn't have transportation and got us an extra night so we could get a good nights sleep. It was less than ideal not having a room right away but it definitely wasn't a big deal or a long process to get everything taken care of.
