I didnt Like the Hotel at all. Please make sure the photos on Booking.com are the same in reality. and I had a really shit time with my family and my young daughter by staying in Hotel Rebstock. I ordered a family room paying 123 Euro per day and I got a very small room which doesnt even cost 20 Euro a day .. I requested from the owner of the hotel to change the room for me by taking 2 nights rate and include it in 1 night just to change the room I was in. he refused .. the hotel was bad including the stuff as well. im really mad at this and im mad that I Payed 2 nights and I couldnt hold it 1 night !!! and I stayed 1 night !!!

we like it 's close location to Europa park without having to pay high prices for four star acccomadation and expensive food.
We were over charged for the room because we booked through booking .com. It was frustrating that when I called the hotel to book (having been a fairly regular customer) they would not take a reservation over the phone and told me that I had to book online, the staff member did not specify that it had to be their own hotel website and not booking,com. The result was we paid more than we were quoted on the phone and the staff basically made no appologies and said there was nothing they could or would do about it. Next time we will stay else where.

there is no WiFi as advertised (there shoud be public WiFi, but not receivable at hotel location) !!!

We go to europapark, hotel is close to entrance, this is a very good position to go to the park.
