Helpful employees, useful Wi-Fi, trustable hotel for your personal goods, very close to Nevsk Prospekt, Hermitage and several historical places. And airport service was good and useful especially arrival to St Petersburg (but I don't know if it is cheap or expensive, because I can not compare).
Not able to use GSM in the hotel and also in the rooms. Only nearby the window, my mobile phone has only 1 signal. The employees were not able to speak English. No satellite TV in the rooms. And it is hard to find Maribelle Hotel, if it is your first time. Very much loud from the hotel corridor. And there were not city maps in the hotel.

Location is really great. Upgraded rooms have air-condition, which helps in heat.
The rooms are okay if you come to see around and only sleep in the hotel.

The location was excellent - close to Nevsky Prospect and most major sights.
The front desk staff were generally a surly and unhelpful lot. They gave one word answers and hardly ever looked you in the eye. It's as if you were disturbing them from playing on the computer. The hotel also couldn't provide something as simple as a map of St. Petersburg. I've been to loads of hotels all over the world and never been to a hotel that couldn't provide a map of the area. How hard would it have been for them to get some maps from the Tourist Office? It was little things like this that let this place down.

Perfect location in the heart of the city, Air-conditioning, that saved our stay during very hot weather. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Rooms are quite new, and not too small, as we were expected.You basecaly get for what u pay!
Poor breakfast, a bit of variety would be advisable.
