Cons (-) This is Russia and you have the some of the old Soviet attitudes still lingering but it is moderated by the customer driven attitude Solo Sokos is known for and with time will improve.

Pros (+) the saunas were the best on earth. The staff was great and breakfast very good. Not a five star hotel but a four except pool/saunas/Jacuzzis which were worth the trip and stay alone
Cons (-) Location in between Metro stop. Long walk to any transportation. Taxis were thieves
