Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and well maintained.

Cons (-) I tried to call the hotel direct so I could use my reward points but no one would ever pick up the phone. I now cannot get rewards because I had to book online. This stinks

Cons (-) No elevator. We were given a second floor room, and with kids, had lots of stuff to carry up.
Pros (+) This motel was not far from I-70, which was a plus. Breakfast was sufficient, varied, and well stocked. The room looked fine, and the bed was pretty comfortable. We arrived late but were checked in without a problem. The motel has a pool, which we did not use.
Cons (-) There was a very strong, unpleasant smell in the room. I'm not sure what it was--mold, or maybe something to cover up the mold? It made me cough quite a bit and left a scratchy feeling in my throat even several hours after we had left the motel.
