One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was gracious, helpful, and very professional.
Nothing could be better
Front desk staff were rude, arrogant and not very helpful.
Hotel is conveniently located for festival goers. Facility is old and room small.
Five star boutique hotel.
Sacher Hotel, location is perfect for touring Altstadt Salzburg. Junior suite was impeccable, and well furnished, entire staff most friendly and helpful, and service worthy of a five star boutique hotel.
Front desk was amazing
Mr. Reinhold helped us get amazing ticket to the symphony the day of the show. He was thoughtful in organizing a private tour and directing us around the city so that we didn't waste time or miss the hidden gems. Truly exceptional service!
The Hotel Sacher was a charming hotel with an interesting history. We did lots of walking and It was conveniently located to shopping, site seeing and restaurants. The staff was great and very helpful during our stay. In the evenings we enjoyed having cocktails in the bar while listening to pianist play. The Hotel Sacher is a great place to stay!!
It is always worth our while to come back
always available, always ready to assist
rooms are small and it is always a fight to get a room with a view
