Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near event venues, shops, and restaurants, and several reviewers mentioned friendly and accommodating staff. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, pests, and maintenance issues. Some guests also felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, and a few mentioned uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were praised, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and value.
