Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness concerns, including dirty rooms, old furnishings, and unpleasant odors. Service was mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful and others experiencing issues with deposits and communication. Bed comfort was also a common complaint, with several guests describing uncomfortable or poorly maintained mattresses. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
