Pros (+) The pool was great and had enough space that it never felt too crowded.
Cons (-) There was no wifi in the rooms. We talked to the front desk about it several times and were told it would be fixed but there was never any follow up. Beds need to be updated.

Pros (+) We've stayed in the San Jose / Los Cabos area a few times and we like the Hotels proximity to nearby shopping centers. Most of the staff were very pleasant except for a lady who worked at the front desk as well as a lady who worked the grill at the restaurant by the pool.

Pros (+) The location was fantastic. The resort and grounds were beautiful. The room was very clean with nice amenities. I would stay again but not do the all-inclusive package next time and go off-site for my meals.
