Pros:Good food; rooms are good sized; staff at pool and restaurants are helpful and attentive to guests; always see maintenance staff working on the property to keep it in good shape - have been here many tines with my family

Pros:The Resort is beautifully designed . Super clean. Great pools. Service and staff were on par. Great kids pool with fun slide. We had a great time staying in this luxurious resort. We will return .

Pros:Gorgeous all around. One note of advice would be for rooms to include bottles of water. You get incredibly thirsty in the heat and not having water in the room daily creates tremendous anxiety.

Pros:Grounds
Cons:We reserved a 3BR Grand Penthouse Villa. When we arrived, it was unavailable. So we had to move rooms after the first night. Then, the villa they gave us was in a construction zone with jackhammering all day. We really couldn't even use the room during the day as it was unbelievably noisy and loud. They gave us a discount but it wasn't worth it as our family of 7 had a lousy vacation due to their awful level of service. We'll never come here again.

Pros:The Hotel and Grounds were very clean and well maintained. The staff was always friendly and available if needed.
Cons:Having never been to the San Jose area before. We usually stay in Cabo San Lucas. We were surprised that there weren't any activities that are located in San Jose. There wasn't much for the kids to do, so we spent a lot of time going to Cabo for activities.
