Location and standard double.
Standard twin room was for disabled and much reduced space inside. This room was 3* at best.
Quite overpriced, including the parking (€32 for 1 night!) Some parts look a little tired (elevator etc).
Location was near to the sea front and our room had a sea view from a higher floor.
Out of nine hotels booked with you for our trip around Spain this was the only disappointment. Very old and tired and extreemly overpriced in comparison to other hotels.

Great location off La Concha, easy walk to la parte veija and a wonderful view of the water. Staff was helpful in the small instances I needed them, bed was comfy, jacuzzi was very nice, room was great. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
great location and fantastic view of the bay from our hotel window (we paid for view and really got it!). Handy parking directly below hotel (not cheap but easy).

The location was very central.
There was no tea/coffee making facilities as was listed,and I was refused these on request unless I paid. The room was slightly small and I had to ring several times to get an iron, more hangers for wardrobe (simple requests). We were charged 15 euro per day for parking although not told of this at check in, breakfast was 15euro each. All of these little things add up and our bill at check out had gone from 500 euro for 4nights to 635 euro.
