Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Santa Monica Pier, shops, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with some standout employees mentioned by name. However, several reviews highlight issues with service, including reservation problems, slow valet, and unresponsive or unfriendly staff. Cleanliness is another concern, with reports of dirty public areas, old carpeting, and occasional pests. Noise from the surrounding area and other guests is noted as a drawback for some. Overall, while the location is a major plus, improvements in service, cleanliness, and noise insulation are needed.
