I arrived there by mistake - I intended to book the other El Director in Santiago for 3 nights.... I moved to an other hotel the day after..
Not suitable for business. Rooms are old, need complete refurbishing... the toilet flush stopped to work in the middle of the night...

I thought the room (Ex. Suite) was very spacious and was very good for a long stay. The 2 story window was great for light. The staff was very quick to respond to all questions.
The Ex Suite came with a kitchen but no utensils. - silverware, plates, cups, glasses....Pillows were very hard.

Excellent location. In middle of many good restaurants and on quiet street in premier location. Hotel will call shuttle to take you to excellent shopping. Ski shuttles to ski mountain also available. We would definitely stay there again. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Rooms were not too updated but bright and very cheery. However, the location and good service more than made up for the lack of recently redone modern rooms.
