Not much at all
Rooms were super small, dirty, out dated, and in need of repair. The front desk was less than friendly.
The room was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, with a luxurious bathtub and separate shower. The room service was affordable and delicious. The portions were very large, so don't order too much!
Confort of the room
Rooms are large, and confortable. It is easy to find restaurants and coffe-shops opened in the neighborhood of the hotel, even on sundays. The staff is really helpful
Breakfast is not very good.
The room was excellent, well equipped and roomy and very very clean. Breakfast was also excellent with a good range on the buffet
Leisure facilities are not brilliant, located on the top floor with no changing rooms. If you want the internet of wirelss you ahve to pay extra and it is very very expensive. Why is it that major high end chains such as this charge for something that is free in so many other locations including coffee houses and more modest hotels - a rip off
My room was luxurious and spacious with a lovely large modern bathroom. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The internet connection in the room was very good. The staff at the hotel are lovely, very helpful and friendly
I loved everything about this hotel. I have stayed here before and will stay again for sure.
Conveniently located in the business district, this elegant hotel is the best choice for both business and pleasure. Nearby you can find the largest shopping center in Latin America, Costanera Center, US Embassy, WTC, Bicentennial Park and subway stations. In addition, it offers spacious meeting rooms that make it one of the most important convention centers in Santiago.
