Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing key attractions. Many guests also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. However, several reviews mention that the rooms are quite small and that the lack of an elevator is a significant inconvenience, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
