Pros (+) I had a great stay at the Hotel Jade. There is a small restaurant next to it called Food Zona run by a wonderful Hungarian couple. The hotel rooms were small but clean. A/C worked great. Cable TV with both English and Spanish channels. Location is near the outdoor local market, the artisans market and colonial city center.
Cons (-) No elevator. No accessibility for people in wheelchairs.
