Pros: I was only up at The Inn for one night as I had a wedding to attend up the street. Nonetheless, it was a great stay. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It felt very cozy and rustic. The included breakfast in the morning was also a very nice touch. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: I gather rooms can go for upwards of $300 but we paid $140 so felt it was a steal. Charming hotel with a very good location and lovely historic feel. Beds were comfortable.

Pros: The building is vintage with lots of personality, inclusive of a restaurant and bar overlooking Saratoga Springs' main thoroughfare. The room was quite large and tastefully decorated with antiques. The hotel is a short walking distance from fantastic boutiques and restaurants.
Cons: I reserved a room with two queen sized beds, but they were actually full size. In addition, there was no way to regulate the room temperature... The heat was on full force, while a room 15 degrees cooler would have been my preference.

Pros: Hotel Room was very spacious, Bed was comfortable, and staff was Friendly and Helpful - booked a kind size room, when I arrived they said I booked a double bed, however my confirmation read king size. Desk attendant was very nice and quickly gave us a king size, and then proceeded to answer all our questions about the area.
Cons: Bathroom could've been cleaned better, shower was wiped down but you could tell it was not really scrubbed clean. They charged 10$ per night for parking! That is crazy for those who have a room there- it should be included. The layout of the hotel was awkward, no real foyer or grand entrance, instead the lobby was far away and it lacked that wow factor.

Pros: It was a typical Residence Inn which in general is good. Breakfast was OK and the room itself was fine.
Cons: Location was far from the downtown area. When I booked it while on the road , I did not realize that there were 3 exits to Saratoga Springs. This hotel was hard to find and way over priced. The layout of the hotel was weird and my room was way far from the main desk and down much further than a normal hotel.

Cons: The carpeting in the room was ripped in some parts and the parking was limited, luckily I found parking inside the lot but they do however offer municipal parking, you can also park in the street after 6 pm.

Pros: The staff was very accommodating, the room(s) were clean and the bathrooms were roomier than other chains we stay in.
Cons: The first night the room we stayed in had very poor internet service. The staff offered us an ethernet cord, and when they didn't solve the problem, they moved us to another room the next day. What could have been a deal breaker turned out fine in the end.

Cons: I booked three 4-person rooms. I paid in full beforehand. When I checked out they said I had too many people in the room so charged me an extra fee. If you pay in full for 4-person rooms through Kayak they shouldn't charge you more for that, it's deceptive. Eventually it was refunded, but only because I complained, and they didn't admit to any wrongdoing. Although I can't complain about the quality of the hotel itself, I wouldn't go back because of this experience.

Pros: Great location and historic vibe. Our family enjoyed staying in the beautiful Saratoga Spa Park and being just a short walk/drive to the Roosevelt Spa & Baths. The resort's restaurant is pretty good for a family breakfast or brunch.
Cons: We would've preferred to have a spa at the resort, a better fitness center, and a restaurant with a more diverse menu. That being said, just a short drive away on Broadway, closer to Congress Park and the Visitor's Center, you'll get a larger selection of restaurants and cafes. We were also able to order in from places nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It had an old world charm to it and we felt like we were living in the early 1900s.
