Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and walkable location, making it convenient for exploring Savannah and nearby attractions. Many found the breakfast to be good or enjoyable. However, there were frequent complaints about the service, with several guests describing staff as rude, unresponsive, or unhelpful. Parking was a major negative, with high costs, lack of inclusion, and valet issues repeatedly mentioned. The pool being out of service was a disappointment for many, especially families. Cleanliness and comfort received some positive remarks, but these were less frequent than the other themes.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) I read mixed reviews online about others' experiences, but didn't let that hinder us from trying it out for our own. I'm glad we decided to stay with Mariott Fairfield! It was affordable, the staff was absolutely wonderful, and the rooms were beautiful. Extremely close to downtown, everything was within walking distance. Such a great experience!
Pros (+) Location was great
Cons (-) Staff we not very helpful and at times rude. We were told of restaurants that offered gluten free menus and while we ended up at one they had next to nothing gluten free and the waitress was not at all aware and seemed to be put-off by our request.
