Pros: Staff was wonderful!Cons: I called an hour prior to pickup to confirm my reservation yet when I arrived to pick it up there were no pickups available. We waited 2 hours and one drove in, we accepted it on the spot. It was our lucky day! The counter staff was very nice.

Pros: NothingCons: I waited in line at the airport with others that also had made a reservation. One of the employees loudly let us know that they had run out of cars and that was it. End of discussion. How does this happen when you take the time to make a reservation? I ended up having to Uber late at night and then Uber the next day to an Enterprise location in Savannah. Terrible experience after a late night flight!

Pros: We had to drive our rental car back to the Madison airport instead of Savannah because of flight cancellations due to the coronavirus. It tried to upcharge us (from $300 to over $2000) after I had called the 1-800 number and they said any charges would be waived. Zack at the MSN airport was a rockstar. He took care of it even though his computer showed no note in our file and he couldn’t change it in his end. He got on the phone and got it done in under 5 minutes. Much appreciation to him! Please pass this on to him.Cons: The fee up charge should not have shown up in the first place. We even brought the car back to Alamo 2 days early.

Pros: The staff was the overall worst. The price with all fee was almost 200.00 instead of 75.00. Also, they did not add on the insurance coverage so I worried that someone would hit me the whole time. The car was nice and clean the staff is the reason i will never use that company again. The staff said the pricing difference was because i used a third party.Cons: Have a staff that knows what they are doing. The car was clean and nice.

Pros: We waited in line for over an hour while 2 of the 3 attendants continued to take the fast line customers. The fast line waited 3 minutes tops while the regular line was waiting for an hour. They should have had one person take the fast line and the other two take the regular line. Absurd!Cons: When I commented about the inequity in the line structure, I was scolded and told that is how things work, even though it made no sense. Then the car i had ordered wasn't there and I complained and the attendant got rude with me and just canceled my order without my consent.

Cons: Knowing the policy of rental companies. Brother gave me money to put in my bank to pay for car, he doesnthave a bank account. When we got there we were informed that he needed his own debit card in order for me to rent the car and put him on as a driver. Also they don't take debit cards as payment.

Cons: They refused to honor the reservation booked by Kayak and said they were overbooked and there were no cars available all weekend. Questioned how Kayak was able to make the reservation and sent me elsewhere to find a vehicle. Luckily, Hertz heard their exchange and offered me a car.

Cons: I paid for an SUV but was told they only had cars available and was given 1/2 tank of gas to make up for the difference. That is a joke! The car was not ready and was filthy do we had to wait while it was vacuumed and we cleaned the windows.

Cons: There were no cars on the lot when I had a reservation. I was given a cargo van. I then tried numerous times to switch the van into a new car. The staff was not helpful and didn't go out of their way to call me or update me when I asked them to.

Cons: The chance of dropping the car off in Miami rather than at the same office as the pick up. An explanation about the difference in between the pre paid fuel tank option and the self filling. I shouldn’t paid for the pre paid as I wouldn’t do that amount of miles in just two days.

There too many people that had to get stranded at the airport due to making a reservation and Enterprise not having enough vehicles.

Cons: the rate I was charged was different than contract. $75 was on contract, I paid 122 Also, when I got to counter for pickup, they did not have car (grand Caravan ) that was supposed to be there and they acted like that was normal occurrence. fortunately, one came in but the process took about 30 minutes not 5-10 like it should have. I did not feel I could count t on getting what was I was supposed to get.Dropoff was no problem

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful in Savannah.Cons: SUV inside windshield was dirty and gas was not filled up. There was also a smokey smell. Needed help before we left as back safety latch was broken and we couldn't disconnect it. Enterprise staff in Orlando seemed very unfriendly.

Cons: I booked the vehicle, then was called 2 hours before trip and told they didn’t have any vehicles available. Then I spent 3 hours on phone with enterprise being apologized to but told they couldn’t help me. Finally at the third hour they found a totally smaller car than what I had booked at a location 25 miles away that I had to pay for a ride to get to. On top of that they charged me more money for less of a car and thought this was a normal business practice. I understand things go wrong. What I am upset about is the total lack of wanting to help the customer put, and then charging more money for something that wasn’t my fault to begin with. Horrible ethics in business, and they we ALL ok with this practice. Like it was normal operations. That is what is so disappointing

Cons: Was unable to rent the car I reserved. Woman working at the counter was extremely rude and incompetent. She told me that I would have to wait 2 hours even though I already had a reservation. She refused to do her job and had zero customer service skills. I will never rent from Avis in the future.

Poor Service at the Savannah AvisPros: The vehicle was in good shape.Cons: The Avis representative in Savannah was extremely rude. We came early to inquire if we could move our reservation up 2 hours. She responded with "You can't come early and expect us to just have a car ready. We don't have any cars coming in until 12:00 or 12:30 so you will not be able to get a car until I clean it which will be about 1:00." I let her know our reservation was for 12:00 and she said she could not guarantee a car for us at that time. She said she had one car available and it was an upgrade (Ford Expedition) and we could take it for $30 a day extra right now or wait until 1:00 (our reservation was for 12:00) and get our original medium sized car. I can't even explain how rude she was.

Pros: no, long lines and slow -poerhaps it was customer problems but the staff seemed to need help.Cons: They had to change my car me because they didn't have the car I ordered - they offered me a truck but they have problems with getting in and out, so the only thing they had has a small car, which I accepted, but they didn't offer me a change in rate. Said they had to get supervisors approval who wasn't there.

Pros: DID NOT LIKE At pick up there were only two ladies working. One was a manager of some sort. They were bickering back and forth because they had 12 people in line and no cars to give.Cons: Offer the people who had a reservation something because of Thrifty's poor planning. It literally took 20 minutes per person to rent a car. The long haired brunette asked if I wanted a midsize car and I said "no", I rented an intermediate. My rental was WAAAY over what I was supposed to pay.

Never AgainPros: My wild car vehicle was a truck. It was comfy for the long trip.Cons: Despite a reservation, I waited in line almost 20 minutes while the only girl at the counter flirted with the guy in front of me. Then two customers who had been waiting over an hour cut in front because they were angry. The price ended up being double my reservation because I traveled out of state, although booking noted no restrictions for local travel only. It took me almost an hour to get out of there and I'll never rent from Dollar again. Ever.

Cons: Payless does not have any employees working at the Savannah airport location. You have to go to Budget/Avis. Then they walk you all the way back to the Payless counter where they have to manually fill out paperwork because computers do not come up properly and the printer is broken. The employee that helped me was fantastic. Had she not been this extra time spent and nonsense would have been a terrible experience. There is no one to check cars back in for Avis/Budget or Payless. For Avis and Budget you can fill out mileage and put it in the box but for Payless you have to go back to Avis and budget wait in line and give them the key and paperwork. They should just add a Payless box. Had that line been longer I could have easily waited 20-30 min just to hand that to someone. The process is not well thought out.

Cons: They did not have one single car available but still booked my $450 reservation turning me away from the rental counter after three tries. No upgrades, just said they had no cars and there weren’t going to be any no matter how long I waited.

They claimed to not have my reservationPros: I still got a carCons: I arrived at the counter during my reservation time and was told I didn't have a reservation. The attendant told me this was because I had used a third party vendor instead of the corporate website. The staff than told me it would be more than double the cost of my reservation for the same and rental length. I left the counter and called the number from my reservation. Provided my name and confirmation number. Everything was according to my reservation. The attendant assured me there was nothing to be done. I paid the day of price and am waiting for a response from Payless corporate.

Nobody’s homeCons: Our flight was delayed. When we arrived at the airport we went straight to car rental at Payless. Not a soul was around. They closed at 11pm and we arrived at 11:04 to their desk. All other car rentals were open but had no cars available. They very easily could have seen we were delayed but arriving in minutes and waited for a customer. Lesson learned that Payless isn’t about customer service.

Maintenance issuesPros: Staff was friendlyCons: The car had some issues. Alignment was off causing the car to sway left. The tire pressure light Turned on while driving, I check the air pressure in all four tires they were fine. Thetevwas something seriously wrong with the vehicle. I return the car I did not want another one or do business with them and they still charge me for the car

Stressful time getting car, high pricePros: The car itself was niceCons: I did not like the impersonal service and being sent to the back of the line when my corporate id did not work. The representative did not put any effort into figuring out my problem. I had to go on the website myself and figure out that I was an emerald club member and make an account, which was very simple. It took 45 minutes for me to get a car. Also, I thought the price was going to be lower than estimated since I reserved the car for 2pm -11pm but only used the car until 6pm. The price was actually more than estimated.
