Aweful. My flight got delayed so they cancelled my car because I didn’t pick it up at the exact reservation time. I had to make an emergency trip due to my Grandmother being in the hospital. This was really inconvenient and I will never give Thrifty my business again.Reviewed 2024 May 03

Check in and check out was great! Quick and easy, efficient people working the desk. Didn’t like the price changed at counter verses on line. $10 more per day to upgrade from a van to a compact car. I requested a compact car being it was only me in the car. Doesn’t seem right!Reviewed 2023 Dec 22
