Pros:The staff at the White Bluff Savannah location is AMAZING!!! None of my review marks have anything to do with them. In fact I would tell everyone to go to them if they need a rental in Low Country because they are fantastic!!!Cons:Fist off, I booked for an airport pick up and drop off, what I got was a 50 dollar taxi ride 30 minutes away. Second, my information was never passed onto the rental location. They had no way of getting a hold of me. Complete garbage. So naturally, there were no vehicles available, even though I booked a solid month out.Reviewed 2021 May 24

Pros:After repeated attempts to rent a vehicle that already a reservation, staff was nice enough to give us a vehicle.Cons:Don’t reserve more cars then you have available. Cons:the rate I was charged was different than contract. $75 was on contract, I paid 122 Also, when I got to counter for pickup, they did not have car (grand Caravan ) that was supposed to be there and they acted like that was normal occurrence. fortunately, one came in but the process took about 30 minutes not 5-10 like it should have.
