Our main complaint was in trying to reach the hotel front desk staff to inquire about where to find the shuttle and how It worked. I called 3-4 times with one answer and a hang up, and then no one answered. Cons (-) The first room they gave us had not been cleaned, we arrived at midnight and had been traveling with no sleep for 20 hours. So we had to go back down to desk and lady was not at front desk. Extremely exhausted and having to change rooms and wait for service. Very frustrating.

Pros (+) Location is fantastic to the airport. Perfect for us as we had an overnight layover so it was good to be 3 min away from the airport.
Cons (-) A little noisy as it's right by the highway, but that's also why it's super convenient to the airport so you can't have one without the other. For nursing mothers, they don't have a freezer at all, but are happy to refrigerate milk for you. Pros (+) King bed and hot tub that did not work.
Cons (-) We got the last room by the stairs. We can hear the door open and closed and people walking up and down the stairs. The hot tub jet in the room was not working. There was only 3 small pillows for a king size bed. I would think there should at least be 4 pillows. The staff was not friendly, no one smile or greet you kindly.
