Pros (+) close to boardwalk
Cons (-) clogged toilet , water overflowed so we turned off the toilet and room was covered in stains and flies bring your own blankets

Pros (+) It was close to bars, restaurants, and the beach. The room was simple but nice. Looked to be newly rennovated. Perfect for staying in if you’re planning on drinking, might not be family friendly since you could hear the drunks coming and going but that didn’t bother us.
Cons (-) They only put 2 towels in the room and when we realized it it was probably too late to ask for more. No towel for the bathroom floor so water dripped everywhere. No towel for drying your hands after you washed them. Only negative we had.

Cons (-) Listing said "book now pay later" . It stated that I could pay on arrival, hotel tried to charge my account before my arrival and cancelled My reservation. I discovered on my way to the beach that my family had no place to stay. When I called the hotel the staff was rude. I booked another listed at boooking.com

Pros (+) Very spacious room for a king and a queen size bed to fit, clean floor tiles and bathroom. A/c and Internet worked well. Late check in was no problem and added a few friends on for a fair price.
Cons (-) I was hoping for an ice machine and chairs. There was a big table but no chairs to sit in.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and polite. It was only a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The pool, although small, was warm and very clean.
Cons (-) The maid service was not good. The beds could have been more comfortable.

Cons (-) First room smelled like cigarettes and the blinds didn't shut. Second room smelled better but was still a dump. Look into the news articles on welfare tennnetes in seaside motels and you'll understand the environment of this motel. Do yourself a favor and pay $50 more to stay outside of seaside heights in a real hotel, and get a cab back and forth if you don't want to drive.
