Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location near major attractions and public transport, making it very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Japanese. However, many reviews noted that the hotel and its facilities are quite old, with several complaints about cleanliness issues such as musty smells, moldy shower curtains, and occasional lapses in housekeeping. Despite these drawbacks, the spacious rooms and value for money were appreciated by several guests.AI-Generated from customer reviews
