Pros (+) Friendly staf especially at reception . Exclusive room...feel ala2 tdo dlm cabin flight yg ad katil.
Cons (-) Only one, minta staf untuk sambut semua beg2 customer/guest n hanta smpai ke bilik. Terutamanya yg ad ank kecik. Kita lah nak tarik 2 beg bagasi besar, n angkut beg2 lain n stroller n nak dukung anak. Itu shj yg kurang. Yg lain mmg terbaik.

Pros (+) The staff were helpful in suggesting a wake up call and delivered the call on time. Location pretty good for the airport. The restaurant nexy door was cheap and tasty
Cons (-) No toilet paper in my room until I asked. Shower was tepid. Floor was dirty/gritty under my bare feet. Air con sounded like it was on but i was intermittently cold then roasting hot. I woke up covered in sweat and was not able to sleep well at all.
