Excellent Service/Staff
The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Most had a reasonably good command of English.
My room safe was broken and it took a couple of tries to get a person who understood the problem (language barrier); once accomplished, it was taken care of immediately. Room faced front of the hotel and there were trees outside the window. These trees are a stopping point for birds at 6am and again at night - hundreds land on the branches of the group of trees and mske quite the racket. I needed to be up early for tours, but if I had wanted to sleep in, it would have been jmpossible. They leave after 10 minutes or so - so not prolonged.

great hotel
best hotel i have ever stayed at for the money. the rooms are extremely comfortable, the free breakfast in the morning is great it has a lot of western foods. The pool is awesome.

The facilities were tremendous and staff couldn't have been more friendlier. The shuttle bus driver was always cheerful and timely.

The hotel staff were the most polite and friendly we have ever had. Everyone who works there always has a smile for the guests, fabulous! The hotel is nothing short of palatial, from the lobby to the rooms. The facilities are top notch, pool, spa etc. All in all a fantastic experience!
