Pros: Staff and service - warm, friendly, and consistent, guests were treated as royalty. Facilities - elegant, beautiful, and wonderfully maintained. Value - more expensive than out on the street, but worth every penny extra because of the atmosphere in the hotel Atmosphere - beyond words. Felt like a luxury hotel everywhere we went.
Cons: There is really nothing we didn't like about this hotel. Only thing that could be improved is the cooling in the gym, it did get very hot when exercising with intensity.

Pros: From the moment John greeted me at reception, I was made to feel welcome and taken care of. They brought a drink and a delicacy right away as I waited in the lobby for my check in procedure. They arranged a driver for the day, they arranged a massage, they suggested dinner spots. Breakfast buffet included. They spoke perfect English. The copious lush wood in the lobby together with tasteful decoration was on par with any western 5 star hotel. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The value for money is unparalleled. Great spot for couples or family. Just go.

Pros: The best part of my stay at Grand Elysee La Residence was the staff. They were very friendly, warm & efficient, always with a big smile!
Cons: The only thing I would recommend is better lighting and hooks to hang bathrobes in the bathroom. We stayed in one of the cabana rooms and wish there was a vanity since there is definitely enough room outside of the bathroom.

Pros: Great and friendly staff. Room was awesome. Location was close to everything (airport and Angkor Wat were about 20-30 minutes away from car/tuk tuk). Pool was quiet and serene. Laundry service was great as well. Overall excellent stay and would stay there again.

Cons: We asked for a vegetarian meal. Chef promised us that, but we could smell fish sauce in our food. When I pointed that our to the chef, he said he specially prepared it and that there was no fish sauce, but we could clearly smell it. Otherwise a great experience.

Pros: The perfect place to come back to after a busy day at the temples, to enjoy the pool. Loved that the pool was big enough to do proper lengths in, as long as it wasn't too busy. Got an amazing nights sleep here and always looked forward to coming back to the hotel and its friendly staff

Pros: The staff is outstanding--one of the best I've ever encountered. All of them couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Pool is delightful. Overall, a very good stay and an excellent value.
Cons: Wifi is way, way too slow. I'm talking sometimes 607 kb/sec. It was frustrating to wait and to sit close to the door to get a better signal. The lobby was only marginally better.
