Pros: Historic building with lots of charm, very comfortable room, beautiful views, and convenient to Sintra. Staff also gave excellent restaurant recommendations which we very much appreciated.

Pros: Hotel staff was super-friendly and helpful, one of the front desk staff parked our car right in front of the hotel (no charge), great location for good restaurants, transportation to the local sights, etc. Will definitely stay here again!
Cons: Only problem was a lot of construction in the area... Made driving around the area difficult, but likely only a temporary problem.

Pros: Amazing large room with balcony on 5th floor with view of forest. Very large, comfortable bed and pillows. nice bathroom. Staff helpful and pleasant. Elevator! Great location. Lovely, historic hotel nestled in a beautiful location. Highly recommend.

Pros: wonderful view. Best location.
Cons: Wifi was totally terrible. Even right beside the router. Needs new carpeting, bedding and paint job. Concrete construction not in keeping with the charming surroundings of sintra.

Pros: The hotel was in the perfect location. Right near city center and everything was within walking distance. IE the train station and the tour buses that took us up into the mountains. The staff was great and super helpful
