Cons (-) Staff and management was rude and unprofessional.
Pros (+) The lobby, rooms, and area were very pretty. The restaurant there was great. I usually stay in a different place when I need to stay downtown Sioux Falls, but this will be my new favorite. I could walk everywhere from the hotel and the room was better than I expected. Clean, comfortable, exactly what I want in a hotel.
