It's a 10 minute tram ride to the center and less than 10 minute cab ride to the airport. The staff were very friendly and will arrange for a taxi to pick you up, no matter how early your flight is!
Door to the bathroom was broken and the location is not ideal. It's near the airport but it's also in a bad neighborhood with few pedestrian streets and restaurants.

The room we received was huge and very nice design. There is a refrigerator in the room, TV, Air-conditioner, fan all that you need while staying there. The importent thing it's close to the airport.
The breakfest is very poor - don't even try it.

We were only in Sofia waiting for flight connections which is why we booked this hotel close to the airport and early check in time, Very clean friendly staff, Reasonable restaurant and bar, we asked what time the restaurant was open and was told whenever you want to eat, Center of Sofia a short taxi ride away although a few bars close to the hotel,
