Staff was very helpful and great info on local festivals
To have more time to stay longer
Clean rooms, most comfortable bed in Italy (that's saying a lot). Pool area was huge - free breakfast was great, staff was professional and very helpful, there was free parking across the street. It was also close enough to the town, but far enough that it wasn't too noisy.
This has nothing to with the hotel, but there were a lot of families there. A lot of screaming kids and a lot of splashing in the pool. This hotel is not an adult experience.
It has magnificent views over the Bay of Naples towards Vesuvius and a superb pool. Great indoor pool close to the spa.
Quite a walk into the historical centre of Sorrento with an irregular bus service. We found the rooms incredibly noisy - the doors to the corridors are not sufficiently well insulated to stop sound from the corridor or the lift foyer. Late night revellers and cleaners became an annoyance. The doors also banged shut loudly and door closers would definitely help. We would recommend adding an additional door to the rooms beyond the bathroom and possibly double doors to the lift foyer
The hotel was fine and so was the room except for the room's outlook - it was described as a 'standard room with garden view' in fact it really had no view at all, looking out over the goods entrance onto a wall.
Location was a little bit out of the centre
Lovely views from the terraces, hotel was a short walk into town, bar staff very freindly and room was lovely and clean and always offereing fresh towels. Would stay here again
Even though breakfast was very good, didnt like queing to get a table in the morning, and when I got up from the table someone was sitting in my seat when I cam back from the buffett.
Swimming pools and the view and the breakfast

The pool, the kids club, lounge bar, the food - all was very good. The room was very large and had excellent air conditioning.
Swimming pool, brekfast, staff at reception.Family room is a very good size.
we saw a worm the first day and we called them and they came and sprayed a medicine.
The location was good, the view was spectacular from the 7 floor ,the breakfast was excellent and service was great.
large spaces, staff very friendly and helpful, excellent outdoor pool, wide choice for breakfast
crowded for late breakfast
Breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and attentive.
No real wardrobes in room and few drawers. Children and teenagers dominated the pool area and no staff supervision of the use of balls ans other items in the pool.
