The hotel staff were more than helpful. They were thoughtful and considerate. Having no language issues was very bennificial. Gave great suggestions and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Perfect location for local transport connections to Pompei, Alfari Coast, & Naples just around the corner. Right in the of Sorrento, easy access for ferry to Capri. Staff lovely especially Theresa on the front desk. Internet access in foyer. Clean and well presented rooms.

From the moment we checked in & was greeted by Theresa, we knew this hotel was perfect. The location was only 2 short walking blocks from the train station. The breakfasts each morning were wonderful.
The only thing negative about this hotel was the size of the rooms, but then again most hotels in Europe are this size. The balcony overlooking the main street with it's little bistro table and chairs most definitely made up for a smaller size room. We loved this hotel & would absolutely stay there again and again.

Very friendly staff, exactly as described and clean, great balcony over main street.
No complaints with hotel But do not exchange money at Naples Airport, they ripped me off for more than 100 euros. Tha best exchange rate was in Sorrento at the small exchange places.
